The break-in planning wasn't emphasized in the books really, they mentioned in passing how they spent weeks on it then jumped right in. They actually left almost nothing out of the break-in. They didn't discuss the break in after at all really, what happened in the movie pretty much IS what happened in the book from that point on. It was super fast-paced in the book too. After they get to Hogwarts they mixed things up a bunch and cut some things out and added a lot more of the battle. I felt like they were just having fun with the battle, as if they just wanted it to be big and overdone. I was disappointed with the very end where Harry kills Voldemort though, because he didn't explain anything until later and no one saw it happen.

@ Emily, why doesn't it interest you? I'm curious, because I've been crazy about it since around 3rd grade when I started reading the books, and almost everyone around me was the same. What kinds of books do interest you? :)

I'm not into the whole wizard, mythical world. I've never been overly interested in it. I'm overly fussy with a lot of things, this included. I love more crime shows. I love Bones and the Kathy Reichs books which inspired the tv show. I love Covert Affairs and NCIS. I love Aussie drama's as well, support for my country (Packed To The Rafters, Home and Away, Offspring). I love some reality shows (The Block, X Factor). I'm into more girly girl things, especially with movies. But I do love a comedy, especially the Hangover and Hangover 2. And sport, I can't get enough of AFL, Cricket and Tennis - my 3 favourite sports.

Oh my gosh. Hangover. I LOVE that movie. haha, I'm not into crime, my gramma watches true crime shows ALL the time, like documentaries about real murders. It creeps me out.

I adore Harry Potter, the movies have just been amazing. It's quite saddening that they're done, the feeling of knowing that there's at least one more to look forward to was so much nicer than the "it's over" feeling.

I know! They used to always come out around my birthday. NOW what am I supposed to do? haha.

They're going to need another fantasy series like that. I hope they can find one as good...
