It can very by the person. My cousin started puking about 3 days after she came to stay with us, and at that point, she was about 2 weeks pregnant (didn't know she was preg, and thought she had the stomach flu). Some people never get morning sickness at all.

I does depend on the person/pregnancy. With my first daughet it took about 8 weeks and lasted the rest of the pregnancy right up until about 5 minutes before she was born. This pregnancy started about 3 weeks in and now I am 26 weeks today and it is still going strong!

It definitely varies by person and pregnancy. I never had any morning sickness with my older three, but with this one it started about 6 weeks in and lasted just a few weeks. I've heard that the earlier you start taking prenatal vitamins the less chance you have of getting morning sickness, but that's probably just an old wives' tale like carrying high is a girl and a low heart rate for baby is a boy.
