I just wanted to let you ladies know a mini update on my grandpa. He hasn't been doing so well lately. He's stopped his chemo treatments a few weeks back. He was admitted to the hospital about four weeks ago then released for about a week and then re admitted about two weeks ago. He's been there ever since. He was then diagnosed with the virus cdif. And late yesterday afternoon he had a mini heart attack. As of now it looks like these are going to be his final days. My grandparents have been together 45 years and married for 43. They're only 66 ( my grandpa will be 66 in late October).

I am so sorry to hear your news... My Grampa passed away 2 years ago and my Gran about a month and a half ago. They were married 64 years when my Grampa passed.
These days to come are sad, but make sure you go and visit as often as you can.
My thoughts go out to you and your family. xXx

Sad to lose someone, but at least his pain and suffering will be done, he will reuinite with those that have gone before, and he will be hanging out with Jesus waiting for the rest of us to get our butts up there.

I deeply sorry for your soon to be loss! That has to be incredibly hard! I can't relate as I've never had grandparents, but I know loosing anyone is extremely hard to deal with!

Thank you for your kind words and thoughts. At the moment he seems to be doing better. But for the past month he will be doing well then he will hit a bump and start to go down hill. I think the hardest part is that he wants to be cremated and he doesn't want to have any type of service.
