It snapped off in the a diagonal shape across her tooth. So they took it out then because it was causing her discomfort. Jessie had very low strength in them, so the dentist said when she fell it caused her tooth to snap and it affected her other teeth aswell. So soon after she had the four teeth in the front of her mouth removed top and bottom. when the others grew back they didn't crowd the space where the other teeth would grow. But I don't know if this is because she had all of them out or not.

If your baby has a broken tooth, that's not a good thing. I'd make sure to see a dentist as soon as possible. We're also looking for some Seattle dentists because our little three-year-old fell and busted out his two front teeth.
