I didn't end up testing this morning because I got my period.

I'm disappointed but it will actually work out better this way, because I would have had the baby in May and had to leave work a month and a half early and my students would have had to have a sub...

Oh well, I'll try again next month!

Thanks to everyone who responded to my other post. I had no idea they had tests at the dollar store. My husband went to get some for me and came back with ten! He was so excited for me to test. Awww

I got all my pregnancy tests from the dollar store, they work just fine and are cheap!!!! They have always been right on for me. Wouldn't recommend buying them anywhere else with the amount they want to charge.

How long have you been trying? My husband and I are trying, too, and I was hoping so much that I would be able to test tomorrow on my husband's birthday and find out that I was pregnant. But I started cramping and started my period this morning. So I am disappointed. But we just keep hoping and praying for it to happen! Do you teach school? I taught first grade for 5 years before I had our son, who is now almost 2.

This is only the first month I've been trying, and i just stopped taking the pill, so i know it would have been a miracle if I was pregnant, but I was still hoping...

I teach High School English class. I'm hoping to have my baby in June or July, so that I won't have to leave my students with a sub. My husband is a Math teacher (we met at work) and he would be able to be with me and the baby all summer! I really hope it works out and I can get pregnant this month or the next.
