I am trying to get pregnant and just read that artificial lubricants can kill sperm, and that so does spit. I'm sort of a dry person, and I need something! What can I use?

I don't think that all lube kills sperm, it should tell you right on the label if it does or not. Astroglide is awesome! It's water based (I think) and lasts forever.It doesn't stain the sheets either And unless my husband has super sperm it didn't kill off his little swimmers.

I'm having the same problem!! I've heard there's this stuff called Pre-seed. It's a lubricant that's sperm safe! I haven't tried it yet ( Just heard about it yesterday)

Durex brand tingling sensation lube doesn't kill sperm, its not water based, but it gives a nice sensation. it doesn't stain the sheets either, but it does make the room smell a bit minty. It says it doesn't kill sperm on the bottle and if it did I probably wouldn't be preggers right now, although mine might actually have super swimmers. Anyways, I love the stuff, I don't think I can use it right now but oh well.

I will give you a prewarning though, if your SO has never used it before he might just ejaculate as soon as it starts working, but the second time around they usually know what to expect.

And I'm sorry if that was more than you wanted to know, I just happen to tell everyone I know to try the stuff, because it is that great.

Try vaseline? I would think that would make it work if you were dry, I dont think it would kill sperm. You might would feel a little yucky afterwards! Maybe he can just do things that would make you wet, I'm not trying to be nasty on here but have him finger you first, That will get you wet. Sorry if I grossed anybody out!
