I agree .. JT is a great NN .. sounds like the tough handsome guy in a novel !! ;) And Tyler is definitely one of my faves!
I love the nn JT. You hear JD and JR alot but not so much JT. My husband spells his name James but I like you're spelling too. It makes a traditional name more unique I guess. If I go with James, I'll stick to the original spelling like his dad. By the way, I only thinking of boy names. I'm not pregnant yet.
