Hi all,

I posted a few months ago looking for boy and girl names that my hubby would also like (meaning nothing unique or original!)

We now know we are having a boy (#3) and I am having heaps of trouble with names. Our other sons are Cameron and Jake, our surname is Fowler.

Here's the list so far:

Adam - he likes, me not sure (too plain?)
James - both like but I think it sounds a bit odd with Jake
Ethan - I like, he doesn't

I had a list of over 30 'maybes' but he didn't like any except Adam and James, I've left Ethan on the list cos I love it.

Any suggestions would be great, I've been through two books and spent hours on name sites to no avail!

The names he's already rejected are:
Nathan, Nicholas, Ashton, Connor, Elliot, Evan, Riley, Devlin, Andrew, Cohen, Harrison, Alexander, Austin, Blair, Brady, Brody, Dieter, Dylan, Edan, Eli, Ewen, Finley, Jed, Jordan, Logan, Max, Oliver, Rory, Seth, Xavier.

I love James and Ethan. My nephew's name is Jake and my husband's name is James. I don't think James and Jake sound odd together at all. You had some really great names picked out. I love Nicholas and Dylan. My husband is the same way. We never agree on boy names. Maybe these names will help.

Adam - My eldest son is Adam Paul.At 1st I was not too happy, but i grew to love it. Adam James would go well.
James -Nothing wrong with this and James. Also James Adam.
Ethan - I like, he doesn't

It's a strong name I think....its not a common name. Let me know what you think....
