Re:Let me have it By Natalia 3 Years, 8 Months Ago Is there any alternate spellings of Gabriel without looking too girly?
Or any other names that could be appreiviated as Gabe?

Re:Let me have it By susieqzee 3 Years, 8 Months Ago Hi Natalia,
I did not realize that you and Ryan were apart. So, in my own opinion, if he is not stepping up to the plate...then he gets no share in the name choosing. That right goes to the loving parents, not someone that is only going to send payments to each month. You name those babies names YOU want. All of us are only trying to help and sometimes we mean well but when we don't know the whole story, it is harder. So I apologize to you. Gabe is a nice name. I love Gabriel too. Yes, you certainly can call him Gabe, and name him Gabriel, just like Jonatho is Jon, and Matthew is Matt! So, make this fun and choose names that make Natalia happy!! IF, and I say IF, the daddy does not take part in this he can name his future kids those names he wants so bad. Forever my dad wanted a son named Thomas Ross. They instead had a Beth and a Susan. Finally they split up, then Mom realized she was preggers again. She was not speaking to dad when the babe was born and thought she would show him...and my little brother Steven Michael was born. Funny, they got back together later and he finally accepted the name. Just my story for the day!! Hugs Natalia

Re:Let me have it By DONE GOODBYE genevra 3 Years, 8 Months Ago But we have to be careful not to use the children as pawns, suzie. We need to be mature, and think of the babies best interest. We don't know how he will father his children. He is just taking a break, figuring things out.
- Genevra The masculine spelling is "Gabriel", and the feminine spelling is "Gabriell", or "Gabriella" There is also a variance of Gabriel, spelled "Gavriel" combining the names Gavin and Gabriel. You might like this one as well. Last Edit: 2008/08/31 16:08 By DONE GOODBYE genevra.

- Genevra Genevra, I was not talking about using the babies as pawns. I was talking about a single Mom not having to worry about the name her estranged boy friend wants, IF he is not stepping up. None of us ever know how good of a father our babies are going to have or even how good of a Mom we will be until they are here. Maturity was never not being used. If you read my post again I used a lot of "if's". I did not say Ryan is not going to be there. IF he is taking a break, that is great, because the Mom's sure don't get to take a break from the pregnancy. My concern was that she choose names now that she loves. IF the father comes back into the picture then they can discuss names again. Hope that clarify's better what I meant. Susie
