I feel so huge and uncomfortable in my new baby body. I just feel so unconfident and self conious. I feel like everyone's looking at me I'm about 5 months and I'm just going to get bigger. I don't know how I'm going to deal with being so huge. Can anyone give me any advice?

hey Natalia? guess what?they ARE all staring at u..... but not coz ur huge ad look uncomfortable... because u r beautiful and womanly. in my personal opinion a woman looks her most becoming while pregnant, no matter how bad she feels....
and as Genevra said do something everyday to make urself feel as human as possible hair , face , legs ..
trust me when i say, u r a beautiful woman, dont EVER feel any different

i have to agree with Seaason they probally are all staring st you i know that almost every time i see a pregnant woman i stare (& im gonna sound weird right now but oh well) because even if they arent happy there seems to be something about them this sort of glow & they seem like peaceful even if there insanely stressed chasing other kids or worrying there seems to be something in them where they know that it will all be worth it when there baby is here & you know what? i bet you are beautiful

I can totally relate, I'm now just over 38 weeks and feel like a whale. I think just about every pregnant woman goes through a period where they are self-conscious about their appearance, especially if it's a first pregancy.

Genevra gave some excellent advice, the little things like hair and make-up does make you feel better about yourself. And don't hide the weight gain with baggy clothes, there are some really nice maternity clothes out there that make you feel beautiful.

And keep in mind...feeling huge is only temporary, you are more than halfway there! If people are staring, it's because they know you're pregnant, not because they think you're fat. So be proud and enjoy it!
