I've felt movement as early as 14 weeks (singleton pregnancy)

My midwife and my best friend with their twin pregnancies felt movement at 12 wks!!! Amazing, eh?!

This is my 4th month and Iam yet to feel the movemment, though during my first pregnancey I felt the movement at 6th month.thanks for your reply

I first felt my baby moving inside of me early as 11 weeks, but i didn't feel her actually 'kick' until about 16 weeks. Ever since then, she has been kicking constantly all over the place, and hard. So, no, you can't tell the sex by the kicking because babies will always change positions until mid to late in the third trimester when their head will go down in the pelvis to get ready for birth. At that time, you'll most likely get a few shots in the ribs.

Ihave to agree and say that it depends on your body. If its your second pregnancy or so you will know what you feeling for. With my daughter I felt her around 20 or 21 weeks but being my first I wasnt sure if it was her or not. And as for the kicking thing I dont believe anything but an ultrasound tells you what you are having. I gained 50lbs when I was pregnant and it was almost all belly and I had a girl. Then I did a few other "old wives tales" and some said a girl and some said a boy...so I guess you just will have to wait and see...
