Weight Loss By katie_may_1989 3 Years, 8 Months Ago Hi everyone.
I would love to hear some tips and stratgies on losing weight before trying to get pregnant. This is something i want to do in the very near future but i want to learn how to be healthy first. I've heard so many good and bad stories about weight loss programs i just dont know what way i should go. Any eatings plans or exercising plans would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

Re:Weight Loss By Seaason 3 Years, 8 Months Ago my advise ((from some 1 who use to be 190 kg)) is dont look at "diet regimes" or programs or any of hat crap.... its easy... think "energy in , energy out" if u intake more energy that u burn, u will gain.... try walking instead of driving everywhere and grab fruit instead of choccy, get the smaller serve when u eat out, ...
ad if u r REALLY disciplined try cutting out all white foods, potatoes, pasta, bread & so on..... worked for me i dropped 120 KGs and i am not the most disciplined woman in the world... i love my sweets, but i did it, so can u good luck... Seaason

By iluvandy 3 Years, 8 Months Ago All you have to do is quit eating fried foods, period. And exsercise, walk every day, and thats all you have to do, I promise you will lose the weight! Eat healthy low-fat snacks if you get hungry.

Re:Weight Loss By katie_may_1989 3 Years, 8 Months Ago Thanks so much guys. I have a cross trainer at home, so i do ten minutes on, five minutes off (have a drink etc) then ten minutes on again. Bought heaps of fruit and veg today and no more chips/chocolate. I've set myself a goal, 13 weeks, 13 kilos or as close as i can.
