thanks for the replies, guys!

I feel more comfortable using the name Drake now after learning that so many of you think it is a cute name. I just told my mom that I will name my boy Drake, and she was like " That is so hard to pronounce! " Well, she is Chinese, she hardly speaks any English, so any English names are hard to pronounce for her, haha.

I guess I overthink too much about how my Chinese parents and relatives gonna feel about the name. Well, it is really hard to please everyone, and if they find it difficult to call the name Drake, I guess I will just give them a Chinese name to call. And interestingly, we do name boys "Dragon" in Chinese, so it will work out.

Okay, anyways, back to the name choice.
So far, from all these great suggestions that you guys provided, I like:

Ashton Drake (Thanks, AngelinaMichelle )

Maybe Drake Ashton can be in consideration too.

Btw, the last name is gonna be McNinch, so if I name him Drake Ashton McNinch, then his initial will be D.A.M, thatz something I kinda wanna avoid.

More suggestions are welcome too!

Again, thanks a lot to all of you who have given me replies and suggestions!

i think Drake is a very beautiful name.

well we had the same problem as you have, we are both multi-racial(my husband is part chinese), his mother cant pronounce Drake so we switch to Draco instead. She was quite pleased that it means dragon.

we named our third son Draco Gabriel

That is interesting to know, Mallory.

I have recently come across this other name: Kalexon

How do you guys feel about Drake Kalexon?

I chose Kalexon because I have known the baby father through a game, and I used the name Kalex on that game. Does Kalexon sound weird to you?

Please tell me your honest opinions.

Thanks ahead!

The first part Kalex will be pronounced like Alex just with a K-sound added in the front. Kalexon will be pronounced as Ka-lex-son.
