i use the soap from the body shop on my kids, or dove baby. they are the only stuff i dont react to, im even sensitive to ivory. body shop has all sorts of yummy scents too. my fave is satsuma.

just to warn you, this is something i wasnt aware of until my doctor told me. the johnsons no more tears stuff doesnt hurt they eyes because it contains a numbing agent, which means the eyes are still being damaged by soap they just cant feel it, and it can cause problems with tear ducts as well. i still use it on my son on occasion, but i am very careful to keep it away from the eyes. please be careful with this stuff.

Is that true? I've never heard of that before. I can't believe that is not more well known. I will definitly ask my pediatrician about it, thanks.

I first tryed soap at 25 months.
But my oldest is 4 and i occasionly still use baby soap like johnsons or dove. The children enjoy it more than soap because it is soft and they can do it theirselves. But i am always there to supervise them because it could damage their eyes if it comes in contact.
