I am 21 1/2 weeks pregnant with a bi-racial baby girl. I am white and my fiancee is black. We just found out that our baby has heart arrythmia. We know that she is a strong fighter and that she will be okay! So, we want her to have a strong name but nothing too white or too black. Any ideas will be very helpful and appreciated!

wow, that girls response was totally uncalled for...she's obviously got some deep underlying issues! I get what she's saying that it sounds a little weird saying "too white or too black" b/c thats really stereo-typical, but that took it a little far.
Im sorry to hear about the baby's heart condition!...I think the perfect name for her would be Laila (or Layla)Its beautiful and feminine, yet a fighters name!
