My niece has recently told the whole family she is pregnant with boy and girl twins. She also said her and her husband have already decided on the names. They say thier going to name the boy Adam and the girl Eve. Is it just me, or is that kind of weird I mean, i know it's not really my buissness what she names HER kids but i just can't help but think it's a little weird. Wht do you guys think

Well I could see using just Adam or just Eve by themselves...but it does seem a bit odd to use them both together for a brother and sister...I mean more or less, as the story goes anyways, Eve was created as a mate for Adam...so to name a brother and sister this and with everyone being so familiar with the story and making this kind of connection when they hear the names...it is odd.

Hey, I dont think I would be naming my kids after someone who disobeyed god! I mean they are the reason we are living in such turmoil and suffering today, because god did not intend for us to live like this, but they screwed up and thats why we do. The names individually are cute, but I wouldn't say Adam and Eve. Not trying to start religion again, its just my opinion and my feelings about it.
