I couldn't eat foods that were touching.
If i had rice and a satay sauce, i would refuse to eat the rice and sauce that had mixed. and lots of little oddities like that.
So not eating one or two veggies, my mother would laugh at that

but definitely look into a few of the books like the sneaky chef. I'm going to buy a copy the second i find out i'm pregnant, because i'm sure i'm going to have a child which is at least as fussy, if not more so, than i was
