Wow thanks so much. I'm seriously considering Breast feeding. At least for the first month or two.

I'm still not sure about the whole meds or not.... that's something I'll really have to talk to my doctor about. I would prefer not to use meds but I'm scared of the pain. I've got a pretty high pain tolerance but I can't even imagine how bad this would hurt. Ah!

And the husband will be in the room. haha We rarely argue because I'm very passive but i'll def. snap on him every now and then. I'm sure he'd love that all through the delivery haha! He's so supportive though and I know he'll be okay with whatever I decide.

And thanks for the info on Swaddling... I was never sure why people did it or what purpose it served.

breastfeeding is best. its cheaper, easier and always available. if your shy about doing it in public, you can alway pump.

i personally would not reccomend an epidural. i have had 3 babies and never an epidural. i would feel so cheated if i couldnt feel what was going on and not being in tune with my own body (which makes the whole process way easier). i had one au naturel, one with demerol, and one with morphine. the morphine was my favourite, dulled the pain, but i still knew what was going on.

cloth diapers cost more up front, but you end up saving in the long run. they are more maintenance as you are washing them. disposables are less hassle, but you do end up paying quite a bit.
