i think it also helps if you watch what you are eating or drinking because that could be causing the heartburn. I know with my oldest i wanted lemonaid constantly and if I drank it I would get terrible heartburn.

I also had AWFUL heartburn during my third trimester, and as with some of you, I also vomited from it being so bad. I drank a whole lot of milk (whole milk because it is thicker), and it coats your esophagus to make it feel a little better. And yes, my son definately came out with a headful of black hair, and he lost it all within a few months, for it to come in blonde !

Just curious, how the Granny Smith Apples are working for you gals.
I am lactose intolerant, and have celiac, so I could not drink milk, and eat Crackers for heartburn when I was pregnant, so my doctor told me about the Granny Smiths. Tell everyone you know, cause it does work.

The granny smiths work wonders, for about the same amount of time as tums, maybe a bit longer. The good part though is they taste a lot better
