leaving my baby girls :[
By Teenmum 3 Years, 7 Months Ago
Hey everyone,

As most of you know, i just gave birth to my twin girls, Ava and Mia, on October 20th. We are all home and i feel great. I dont want to miss a lot of school, but i dont when i should go back. I hate the fact that i have to leave my girls but i know that i have to go and finish my education so i can provide for them. Im 10 in my class out of 250 and i really want to continue to do well. When do you guys think a good time to go back to school is? I really have no idea what to do and my doctor said i can go back when i feel up to it and right now i feel fine so i dont know what to! please help ! :]

Go back to school as soon as you can! By no means should you put unnecessary stress on your body, but your studies are important. Good luck!

I agree! I think you should go back whenever you can! I know i'd hate to leave my newborn daughters but i would just think i'm doing this for them and you'll see them before you leave and as soon as you get home! I'd say give yourself a few weeks maybe a fortnight or something to get yourself together, spend some time with Ava & Mia, get used to being amum and then maybe see how you are then!

I would recommend you contact the school, and see whether they offer modules, for at home education. I know in Canada they do. So you could catch up, at home, as you take care of your little ones, or while someone watches the girls for a few hours, so you can focus.

Perhaps you can set up this system for the whole year, if not, I would consider going back, when semester changes. I don't know where you live, but I am basing my opinion, on my knowledge of my country's Education System. Contact your Department of Education, and inquire, as to what your options really are first.

Thats my opinion anyway.
