No no I don't want them coming!!!!!!!!
By Natalia 3 Years, 6 Months Ago
A little chatting with doctors and they estimate Ella we'll be home next week or so, because she's functionong perfect without a breathing tube, can suckle perfectly, the only thing is they want her to be 4.5 lb. That wont take long and Shea will be home when she can suckle, she doesn't need the breathing tube 24/7 , weighs 5lbs and builds up her immune system, because she is very prone to infection and not yet big enough to get any shots.

Okay so here's the dilema, Ryan's little brothers are coming up next weekend!!!!!! There's four of them two sets of twins Gerard and Jared 17 and Landan and Lexington 16.
My house will be germ maddness, I was uneasy about Ryan's mom being here when Ella was home none the less two sets of twin boys!!!!!!!

I kept telling Ryan no and to tell his mom no I don't want them coming but he says since were not going to be with family for thanksgiving he has to be with his family some time!!!!!!!!

Teenage boys are very germy!
Not very good for a premie baby.
What do I do?

Before they come, call them on the phone and speak to each one of them and tell them how important for the safety of the baby that they are clean and dont touch alot of things. They are 16 and 17 not 13 years old. They will understand.

If they do end up going to your house and you are that worried about the germs witch is true with lil premies, they get sick realy easily you can buy alot of hand sanatizers and put them all over your house and tell the boys to wash their hands often!keep the babies in your room day and night cause they are most likely to sleep alot, your room is the one room that people don't just walk into, so that would be the place with less germs! Good Luck!!!

I would call them, and say, you have to apologize, but this is not a good time to visit. Rent a hotel room for them, with a pool, hottub, and Ryan can go there, to visit with his family. Your turf is your turf, you call the shots. You say no, Ryans supports you, Ryan gets to see his family, and mom in law can also stay at same hotel. You can visit there, if you want to. No, you have said No. There are other alternatives. Ryan will still see his brothers, but yet, he does not come up to the hospital now. Why is that, ask him. Is it so he does not drag in germs. Why would it be okay for germs to come into their space, at home. Ask him. He's a smart guy. Have him call, and make the room reservations, and look forward to having fun with his family, somewhere else!!!!

Helloooo, put them to work cleaning and sanitizing everything for the babies. Tell them how happy you are they came down to help get ready for your little ones to come home. Either you will have a gung ho cleaning crew, or they will run as fast as they can to get away. Either way, problem solved.
