I think North Carolina is the best! Of course thats where I live but everything is so down to earth here, I live in the Country and there is no other place I would rather raise my kids than here. Thats just the way I was raised, I like country better than the city. The schools down here are getting worse but thats everywhere you go now, all of them are bad. Elementary isn't bad high school and even middle school is. But Thats my opinion, north Carolina is the place! Not to mention its a beautiful state!

I say: Florida or Hawaii. No offense, but Canada's kind of better.

Then again, maybe Wisconsin or Connecticut would be better.
