The hospital that Shea is like a maximum security prison. Like for real.
It took like an hour to clear me as her mom. visiting hours are minimal. It's very sanitary which I like. Shea has bleeding in her brain....still. Cause unknown apparently it's not life threatening but it can be. They want to monitor closely and see if it will either clot or pass on. Shea will have another brain drainage surgery within the week.
Shea is out isolation for about an hour a day. It may not seem like a lot but it is to her.
We are trying to wean her off the tube, meaning that for one feeding a day she suckles or tries to suckle, it takes a while but she finaly opens her mouth and sucks.

Ella is coming home Wed. if she's cleared. I'm very excited because we have a lot less machines to lug home now.

thats great that Ella is coming home and im sorry about Shea, but your girls were born fighters, she'll get there eventually. i guess youd want the extra security and stuff incase somthing happened to her and yeah being sanitary is good

Oh Im happy to hear Shea is getting better care at this new hospital. Has she had Brain Surgery (drainage surg) before ... Is Ryans mom still there, to help you keep Ella, so you can go to hospital for Shea? It is good to get a second opinion, and it sounds like their plan is in Sheas best interest. All the best.
