Getting adjusted to a schedule By lila.x2 1 Year, 4 Months Ago I'm 7 months pregnant with identical twin girls and I want to know how long it will take once they are home to get them on a sleeping and eating schedule? This is my first pregnancy and no one else in mine or my husband's close families have multiples so I have no one else to ask about this.

I would ask your obgyn for references as well as ask that practice what they know. I would imagine if you googled the topic, you could find loads of info and advice, too. But if you find a group near you, you can meet with them live and become friends, swap clothes, etc.

Re:Getting adjusted to a schedule By Loving_life 1 Year, 3 Months Ago Treat them like you would any other child just at the same time. When one child needs a diaper change, change the others right after you do the first ones, if you keep this up that will the the routine. just do that same thing over and over and they will get used to it.
