What's your exercise routine?

Need some new exercise ideas to work off that baby fat! lol

Just getting tired of my same old same old routines, thought some of you ladies might be able to help me out!

I don't really have a routine. I just run 5 miles a day do crunches other leg exercises and lots of upper body and I jump rope for speed.

Sometimes if my book, chocolate bar and chips are at the end of the couch I reeeeeeech over to get them! If I drop something I leeeeen over to pick it up. Other than that, noooo, I don't exercise. And let that be a lesson to you, if you don't exercise you'll look like me!!!!!

Seriously while lying in bed breathe in and lift your belly and butt up. Kinda like reverse sit ups. Lunges and squats are great too. It's fun for your little one if you hold them while you do it. (if they're old enough). Remember to suck your tummy in while exerting.

Just be really active, I don't have a routine either. I switch for walking, yoga, and daily tasks and that does the trick for me.

Yoga is also good whether its to lose the post-baby weight or just for a regular exercise regime. Pilates is more for the abdomen so if that's what your wanting to focus on...

I dont have one, my son is just 3mths and i lost all my baby weight from the moment he was born, I really worried about how my body would be during and after pregnancy and had plans to work out, do swimming etc.
He was a whooping 9lb 2oz and to be fair i was very lucky as i was pretty much all bump only went up to a size 10.
I think breast feeding is the key, well at least for me. Well that and the fact i have ocd and clean all the time, so i say feed hoover hoover feed clean feed clean lol lol
My weight has fallen off and am back in my size 8 clothes again.
Do wanna join the gym though just to keep a lil fitter and maybe even lose a tad more but not by dieting.
