So my hubby and I can not agree on names and each came up with a list of top 6 names. (We also have a son named Austin.) I would like your opinions on the names:

Houston/Huston

Colton / Colter
Isaiah
Maddox
Owen
Caleb
Eli
Carson
Drew (this makes more the 12 but oh well)

I love the name Houston, however I would spell it Hewston. The only other name I like out of your list is Caleb as a first name.

I love Eli, but I only find it a middle name and the same with Tate and Owen.

I like those 5 names but on Caleb and Hewston as first names.

And I forgot to put Drew on the list... I know it is more then 12 but oh well

Houston/Huston--cool; if you are a nickname kind of person, would you like Hughston or Hueston if you wanted to call him just the first syllable? I think if people see Huston alone they will think it's pronounced "HUH ston".

Tate--don't like this one
Colton/Colter--trendy like Cole; someone on another post had suggested the possible spelling of Coleton (easier for nickname Cole)

Maddox--don't like Mad names in general
Owen--just okay; not my favorite
Caleb--great name but very popular
Eli--all right
Carson--cool but very trendy
Drew--not a fan
