Happy Mother's Day to American moms....and Happy Belated Mother's Day to those who have already celebrated!

I just wanted to say that I have an amazing mom. I love Mother's Day....it's great to have a day to celebrate one of the most influential people in your life (at least for most of us)

I had a great Mother's Day, it was the first time I got out of the house in a week! We went to my mawmaw's and my aunt uncle's were there and we had a steak meal with huge baked potatoes, corn on the cob and shells and cheese oh and garlic bread..yum! It was just hard to sit, but I never was able to get my mom the present because I can't drive now, but she didn't get anything for her mom so whatever lol.

Actually Mother's Day first started where I'm from, Henderson, Kentucky I tried looking it up and it talks about another woman but the girl from Henderson started it way before her. We have a plack somewhere that talks about it. I just think that's cool.
