Yeah, when I was twelve I wanted to be Madison. I loved the idea of the nickname Maddie. THANK GOODNESS I didn't actually do it! I love my name now, in all it's quirkiness!

Keep it as Reine! You could use the nickname Ria if you want to make it less "challenging" for people. Changing your name is expensive and difficult. People even mess up MY name a lot. It's always Isabella, Isabelle, Elizabeth, Elizabelle, and sometimes I wonder why people can sometimes be so IGNORANT with names! Al of that is why I prefer to go by Izzy most of the time. But out of your list, I like Zoe and Bethany. Other names that mean queen that I like are Reyna/Raina, Riona (ree-oh-na), and Regina.
