Yeah, it's 2.2 lbs to a Kilo. You're right. I moved the decimal one too many places on my multiplying so I was a little off. Sorry about that.

You're not staying fit when you're that underweight. Staying fit means staying healthy. Starving yourself doesn't do that.

I'm NOT starving myself! I eat plenty! I just eat really healthy and most things I eat are low calorie like raw fruits and veggies.

I don't want to hurt your feelings Gracie, but if you are 5'8" and only 115lbs, you are underweight. If you are limiting yourself to 1200 calories and doing any kind of physical activity, your body is starving. Your body needs 1200 calories a day just to deal with basic body functions, any activity on top of that requires more caloric intake.

I urge you to see a doctor. You even said that you feel working out is an addiction. That is not a good thing, and while it may have been said in a lighthearted lol kind of way, their is probably some truth to it. None of us are medical professionals. You should see a doctor (that is not affiliated with any modeling agency or the modelingd/dancing world) and make sure you are on the right (and safe) path.

Thanks guys for the concern, but I'm not too skinny! I promise you that! I'm skinny, yes, but I'm not a skeleton nor do I have the anorexic (did I spell that right?) fish face. I've always been 50 kilos until now and when I was pregnant and I've never had a doctor tell me I have to gain weight. But then the girls in my family are naturally very skinny. I think the heaviest women in my family is 60 kilos at 5'6. Part of it genetic.

I haven't been to a doctor in 7 months since Sophia was a month old and it was my doctor who told me to eat at least 1200 calories a day. He said I don't NEED anymore but I NEED at least 1200 a day. He knows what I eat and he was fine with that since I eat so much fruit. I do eat a lot! But a little info yoghurt is only 100 cal and a small apple is 77 it's 56 for 5oz of stawberries. That takes a while to add up, now I don't eat only fruit but I do eat a lot of it. I don't have an eating disorder..

Yes, I am probably partially addicted to running/dancing/exercising but it just makes me feel better! If I don't go run/dance every day I get in a really bad mood and I feel so lazy. Running/dancing gives me energy. As werid as that sounds. But I do appreciate your concern!

I was just looking for different exercise routines, because I'm getting bored with mine and it seems to not be working since I gained 2 kilos, but Reena I didn't think 2 kilos in 2 weeks would be muscle.. I figured if I was gaining it that fast it was fat.

Just thought of another reason your weight could have fluctuated like that. Sometimes your weight could do that around the time you get your period, but I'd say gaining muscle is probably more likely for you. It's just an idea.
