Emma Kate, as I said, is very popular but if it's your most favorite then go with it! I said Leah Rose because I do like that and because I do know 2 Emma Kates, but if you really like something so much and don't mind it being so popular, it really shouldn't matter what anyone else thinks-whether they like it or not. Like someone else said, you choose the name that you want, and don't let anyone else influence you to name your baby something less than what you would want because you don't want any regrets. Choosing a name takes a lot of thought, and you want to make sure it's the perfect one!

I posted in reply to you befoe, but I was reading over the replies from everyone, and it reminded me of something. I had an Aunt I loved dearly. She would be about 80 now. Her name was Emma Deanne(pronounced Dean). She HATED the name emma. She thought it was an old ladies name when she was a kid, so everyone called her Deanie. Till her death she was my Aunt Deanie. Once I told one of her kids I would like to name a child Emma after her, this was before the name was popular again, and my cousin said to please not name a child that since her Mom hated the name so much.
Isn't it funny how the years change names. It used to be considered an "old ladies ' name, and now we think of pretty, feminine little Emma's.

Leah: 2 (One Leah Hope, one Leah Nicole)

Leah Rose is pretty. What about Leah Noelle or Leah Alivia?
