Scarlett, Lucy, Celeste and Zoe are awesome!
I think Emmanuelle, Emma for short, is not too masculine. In French it's 100% a girl's name, too (and it's adorable). I love your list of names, you're going to find the right combo. I'm from Boston and Quincy is a Boston suburb, and don't forget two presidents were Quincys, you have to take the historic and geographical into consideration, but I think it's a great MIDDLE name. Also, Marley makes me think of Bob Marley...

You could go with Both of your mother's names. They are very prttey names.

Celeste Scarlett

Evangelia Lucy

I think those sound very pretty together and they combine very well.Hope it helps.

My suggestion, about the mothers names, PLEASE use them as MIDDLE names, so the grandmas don't prefer one over the other. Favor one more, you know what I mean. I can see great competition ahead somehow between grandmas if using their names.

Remember, these are your little ones, and you are creating your future, by just the naming process. Just trying to help, and support your family. Hope I didn't offend.
