Kate had PCOS and had to take fertility treatments and had the twins. They wanted another baby after the girls turned 1 and turned to fertility treatments again. She then had sextuplets! Plus each and everyone of there names has a special meaning to them they are also all named after someone special to them at least there middle names are. plus the names she picked are all strong and unmade up!
