The only boy names me and my husband agree on are Jared James and Jesse Dylan. Now I'm not 100% sure about Jesse Dylan. We need more options. He doesn't like any other names that I like. He tends to like common, simple, traditional names like above. Neither of us like unique or different sounding names.

Sometimes a certain sex name is so doggone hard to come up with.
For my daughter, she loved girls names. I have told this story before (and probably will again, lol), but, at age 17 she was pregnant with her 1st child. we did not know the sex. from the very beginning she had her girl name chosen. Heather Elizabeth. She liked maybe one or two boys names. I would sit with her and read all the names of boys out of the baby name book with 5,000 names. This was before we ever had internet, 16 years ago. Everytime I read them she could only come up with one or two. her boyfriends name was Matthew (Matt we call him) His dad was John. He wanted John...she said NO. She wanted Matthew, he said he wasnt surre he wanted a little Matt Jr. Lord I am going on...anyway, they finally decided on Matthew John and never have they called him Matt and he isn't a junior.
Now she never got to use her girls name. God has a sense of humor. He blessed her with SIX sons. Yeppers, she had 10 more boys names to come up with, and the one name she liked from the very 1st pregnancy, she never could talk hubby into, Aric.
