Well, I stoped all meds and started tracking my ovulation on a website about 2 or 3 months before we got married. I was still recieving allergy shots at the time we were married and would be done for a few months after we were married. The doctor said I could get pregnant while recieving the allergy shots but I still thought it best to wait. We were married in September and were casually trying, my last shot was in January and that was our first official try, and for our second official try in February we got pregnant. We would have intercouse ever other day starting 3 or 4 days before my projected ovulation until I was sure I ovulated. It happened alot sooner than I thought it would. I hope it goes as smoothly for the next one. Good luck to you. I found the website very helpful and highly recomend it; and its free.

Hey! I dont have kids yet, but I do know that if you are trying to conceive, do not have sex everyday! Do it every other day, otherwise his semen will not be strong enough to fertilize your egg. And you may already know this but I'll throw it in. Count 14 days from the day you start your period, and start trying on day 12, then 14, 16, 18, and so on. It should work!

Well, me and my husband have had sex every day since we got married, except during periods, etc. I got pregnant fast the first time, but had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. We waited about 2 months before trying to conceive again and this time it took longer, about 3-4 months. I'm am now 30 weeks pregnant. So for us, I don't think doing it every day was a problem, but it is different for different people. You can research, or ask your doctor, about certain positions that can help you conceive. There are certain positions which allow the sperm to travel where it needs to more easily. I would describe, but... you know.
