Hey Natasha, I think that if you arent together and you think you could do this on your own and you really dont want to tell him then dont Its totally your decision dont let anyone force you to do anything you dont want to.

I just wanted to let you young ones know that here in the states you can get birth control with out parental consent but i would still talk to your parents (depending on your situation)

Natasha,you may be upset with the the father but you should still tell him. he may surprise you and be willing to help you. and remember,it is his blood coursing thru that baby's veins too. im pregnant and i'm not with the father either but he's helping out on his end and wants to be in his child's life when it comes. i do not get along with him very well,sometimes he drives me crazy but he still had a right to know and i understand that i need all the help i can get. i want my kid to have everything i could possibly give him..or her. lastly,remember one day that kid is gonna want to know who it's father is. you shouldn't keep a child away from it's father unless of course he's a danger to the child. just because you don't get along with him is no reason to keep a child away from its father. that's selfish. if my mom had done that i wouldn't know my father and he's awesome! just because you don't like him for whatever reason,doesn't mean that he's not going to be a good dad to ur kid. just think about it long and hard before you do something you'll reallly regret. hell if anything,you should want some child support!! every dollar helps. kids are expensive.

I definately agree with miss kitty. I know that you are young but you are going to have to grow up a lot faster than other girls your age and that will require making decisions with a more adult mindset. It is not fair to anyone involved including your baby.

even if you are not together or planning on getting back together the father does have a right to know that you are carrying his child you never know he may surprise you and be extremely supportive about this after the news sinks in be patient this is going to be a shock for him too.
