George for a boy's name
By TTripleJ2004 3 Years, 7 Months Ago
Hey all i really want to hear all of your opinions. My hubby wants to name our boy after him, which is george. it's more of a family name cause his name is george, his dad's name is george and his grandpa's name is george. me on the other hand, not for the name george. i wish i was but i'm just not. it's not a name you hear people naming their kids now days. back in the day it was an extremely popular name. idk --- just let me know what ya'll think of the name george as a whole??? is it something that ya'll would do to continue it to be carried on in the family??? idk, i'm really confused and the hubby just isn't budging.

What you can do is name him George but give him a middle name you like and just call him by his middle name so both ways you can win. Overall I quite like George for a first name I could possibly name my son George.
Hope this helps

George is adorable. I know a George, everyone calls him Georgio, and he has an older sister named Daniella.

Hope this helps, and I like the name George.

Oh, I would try hard, to distract hubby enough, so you can work in another name. Poor little one, having to carry a name like George.

What is hubbys middle name, or his mothers maiden name, your maiden name --- see, these could all be worked in as well.

Make a game out of it - put names on paper, cut out each letter individualy, then pull letters out of the hat, and spell the name - include George, and other names, but cut up. Who knows what will come out in the end. Would be fun though, to see the crazy names, but you may be lucky and strike a wonderful one too.

Good luck with that.
