I understand how disappointing it is to not have your birthplan go the way you have thought it out to be. I was hoping for a natural quick delivery with my daughter with no drugs or anything...but instead I had an epidural and 2 1/2 days of labor and 2 hours of pushing only to end up in a c-section...I was soooo upset I started balling when the doctor said thats it we are going to the OR(operating room) I felt so let down and cheated out of the experience of true labor...although some people think that I am insane for wanting to push her out, I believe thats what you are supposed to do and still to this day feel depressed that I didnt get the birth plan I wanted...I had to get an epidural because my daughter was 8lbs 10oz and her head had too much pressure on my pelvic bone because I have really small hips....Not trying to scare you, just want you to know that even though its depressing, either way you will have a beautiful baby and thats all that matters...Wish you the best of luck...

if you really want a water birth then why dont you Contact a Midwife and give birth at home they will bring a birthing pool for you and they are very supportive and know what they are doing i also want a water birth and my hospital doesnt do it ither but they have a shower.. and they say the tub is too small well im gonna plan to stay in there and if not ah well atleast i tried LoL but yeah contact a midwife and do it that way if thats what you really want if you watch The movie "The business of being born" with ricki lake in it its all about the mothers choice and what SHE Wants as it is HER PREGNANCY and HER BABY if you want to do a water birth keep looking and GET ONE DONE!
