Ryan's mom is buying everything and she says the only way to propperly raise twins is to be early on everything.

As far as strollers I would recommend either the InStep11-AR350 or
Zooper Tango Double Stroller. I know a couple of my friends have these strollers and love them.
I used the slinglings when my kids were smaller and you have also chosen a good car seat as well.

do you think the Zooper Tango Double Stroller would get dirty to easy because of it's lightness..I couldn't find the other colors.

I think that the color should be okay. I have a light blue one stroller and I have had no problems. Yes it will be dirty it you are out splashing in puddles or something. But all in all I think that the color would be fine.
