sounds like a good kit. while i agree with most of it, there is some that i am strongly against, i will give you a review. i have only experience with the baby and preschooler, but i will give you my honest opinion.

ALL of these books are excellent, my baby boy especially loves the very hungry caterpillar. if i may suggest a few more:

Sheep in a Jeep by Nancy Shaw

Read me a Book by Barbara Reid

babies also love touch and feel books, with the different textures

DVDs

Elmo's World series- is ok, but the older(1980's) sesame street series is way better, seems to be more stimulating

Caillou series-is great

Blue's Clue's series-good

Baby Einstein series-is ok, but gets annoying after awhile(i guess they all do tho)

Baby Mozart-part of the einstein series

Teletubbies series- this one i strongly disagree with. they do not speak a lick of proper english. i cannot stand baby talk, i always have and always will speak to my babies as if they are equal to me, and i strongly encourage proper english. this is the only one on your list that is not the least bit educational. i cant stand it.

while these are ok, it is suggested that babies under age 2 should watch no tv/movies at all. i do once in a while pop a short vid in if theres something that really needs doing, but in general i think it is best to keep them away from it.
PRESCHOOLERS

Books-all these books are a hit with my preschooler

Alexander and the Terrible,
Horrible, No Good, Very
Bad Day.....................By: Judith Viorst

Where the Wild Things Are...By: Maurice Sendak

Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse..By: Kevin Henkes

Curious George................By: H.A. Rey- a favourite

Harold and the Purple Crayon...By: Crockett Johnson

Clifford and the Big Red Dog...By: Norman Bridwell

Arthur Adventure series........By: Marc Brown

If You Give A Pig A Pancake....By: Laura Numeroff-and all the others in the series- they are a favourite of my preschooler

DVDs

Bob The Builder series- is very good, im all for educational media

Dora The Explorer series-is good, but the repetitveness is super annoying

Bear in the Big Blue House series-this one just does not seem to spark her interest. not sure why.

Clifford the Big Red Dog series-is alright, not the best tho

Thomas the Tank Engine series- daughter love love loves this one

The Best of Elmo- she bored of elmo very quickly.

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh- again a favourite.

The Berenstain Bears shows & books are my daughters all time favourites right now. they teach different values and are entertaining.

hope that helps. in general youve got a good thing going.
