My oldest son, Cameron, 10, has been sleepwalking since he was five. I have read that sleepwalking occurs primarily in children that do not get enough sleep. Cameron has never been a good sleeper. As a baby, we called him P.U.K (pronounced "Puck", not Puke

), which is short for the Pop-Up-Kid. The moment he opened his eyes he was ready for action, and has never slept well since. I have three other children, and he is the only one who: a)sleepwalks, and b)probably does not get enough sleep. If you think this could be a cause, then try working on a better sleep schedule. Good luck!
